Return/Exchange

Overview

Our return and exchange policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Certain types of items are non-returnable. Recyclable items such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept items that are intimate or hygienic, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items include:

•Gift cards

•Downloadable software products

•Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

•Book with obvious signs of use

•CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video games, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened

•Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not related to our error

•Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Returns

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of whether your return has been approved or rejected.

If your return is approved, it will be processed, and the amount will be automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Delays or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. It usually takes some time to process a return before it is posted.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items are eligible for returns. Sale items cannot be returned.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please email us at ykarap@gmail.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.

Return of Goods

To return your item, you should mail it to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
